In the meantime, while I was publishing my article about Street Food in Thailand, I came across a recipe for Thai barbecued bananas, which is a popular street treat throughout Thailand. The recipe in this Thai BBQ Banana article isn't for the deep-fried bananas I describe in the article, but it does sound like an easy and tasty dessert for a barbeque party, so I thought I'd share it with you.
