I'm glad to see this recipe for bacon, cheese, potato pie getting some attention. It really is shamefully delectable, and it's been ages since I've been able to make it. But, comfort food season is waning and summer is on now (in the Northern Hemisphere at least), and I'll soon be moving on to a new home with access to a bbq! I'll be brushing the dust off all my BBQ recipes and trying to post a few more over the next few months.

At the same time, I'll be losing access to an oven, (which was pathetically inept in any case), so it'll be a while before I'm able to do the bacon & cheese pie recipe again — if you try making it, please do be sure to let us know how it turns out!
